Our services range from pre-project planning to design/build and project management.
There is a balancing of the 3 elements, that only when understood by the Project Manager, allows for the successful planning, resourcing and execution of a project. By mastering the triple constraint, in many ways you master the project itself.
Serving as project manager, design/builder or construction manager, our team has the experience, resources and flexiblility to meet many different contractoral relationships, all predicted upon the needs of the clients.
Our preference is to commence working with our clients at the preliminary stage of the project versus being approached once the design is complete. This allows our clients to draw on our extensive experience and provide input on design, material choices, constructability and cost.
During the preliminary stage of the project, we offer as part of our service assistance in choosing the design team and other needed consultants. We have an experienced team dedicated to meeting your needs.
